We understand that some of our customers may need our services but feel uncomfortable with coming into the store during the COVID-19 outbreak. Our Response To COVID-19:

We are all feeling concerned about the spread of COVID-19 and are struggling to adjust our lifestyles to minimize exposure and spread to those around us. With that in mind, Mailbox Express is also adjusting to minimize exposure both to our employees and our valued customers.

We have enhanced cleaning protocols to include regularly wiping down outside and inside door handles, copiers, counter tops, credit card processors including the stylus, fax machines, etc. Basically, anything that we or a customer can touch will be wiped down regularly with sanitizing wipes.

At the same time, we ask our customers to help control those things that you can. If you have any symptoms of respiratory illness, even if you think it is a lingering cough from a previous illness, please do what you can to avoid any group situation to include going to retail establishments.

We understand that some of our customers may need our services but feel uncomfortable with coming into the store during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are thinking of our customers that are not sick but are in a high-risk group such as our seniors or those with an underlying health condition. We can take your drop-off packages from your car if would call us before you come.

We will keep our customers informed about any changes that UPS, Fedex, USPS, or DHL are making to minimize the effect of the virus on their employees. Changes are being announced daily at all levels of society and we will do our best to stay abreast of changes.

We are thankful for each and every one of you that choose Mailbox Express for your packing and shipping needs. We feel a deep sense of responsibility toward you and toward keeping our store free from the COVID-19.
